The Piedmont

This stately design is reminiscent of Jefferson’s historic Monticello estate.  Inside the Piedmont, the kitchen is the heart of the home, surrounded by the family room, dining room, and office.  The owner’s suite boasts two large walk-in closets and a spacious private bath. On the opposite side of the home, two bedrooms are connected by a shared jack-and-jill bathroom.  The Piedmont’s exterior features a partial brick front and vinyl siding.  A large half-round window highlights the horizontal board and batten in the center gable, and a side load garage completes this one-story, formal style home.
