Overall an excellent experience with AHH from start to end. Great design sessions, taking one of their floorplans and we reworked it significantly to fit our wants/needs – much better at custom modifications than other builders we looked at. They are very open/transparent regarding their pricing, options, etc. We did have some delays through the build specifically with drywall and trim work – however building in a post-covid world (build June 2022-March 2023), this may be the new norm with some limited workforce. We just had a 1-year inspection from an independent home inspector who made the statement that “it was one of the most well-built homes he’d seen in a long time”. Of the minor fixes our inspector recommended/AHH was liable for, they were responsive and quickly fixed any of our issues. Quality and craftsmanship are excellent throughout our home!
