To maximize function, they added a recessed refrigerator alcove and expanded pantry storage for easy access.

The owner’s bath includes a custom Emser Tile shower in Graphite featuring dual niches and a frameless glass enclosure. The Summit Gray painted vanity extends to eight feet and is flanked by tall linen cabinets for additional storage.

Natural light fills the home through Andersen windows. The homeowners added extra windows in the dinette and family room to brighten the space even further. To anchor the Family Room, a floor-to-ceiling shiplap feature wall painted Tricorn Black, complete with a hand-hewn mantle, was ready for the homeowners to install their own electric fireplace.

When it came time to finishing the basement, the homeowners expanded their vision even further! They upgraded to 9′ basement walls and eliminated the basement support posts with a first-floor joist system—creating a large, open living area with plenty of room for entertaining. They even installed the kitchen cabinetry/bar themselves!
