Getting ready to pour the basement walls.
Waiting on waterproofing. The walls are poured and waiting on the waterproofing. Very muddy, but great to see the outline of the home.

Windows are installed! Our plumbers are hard at work roughing everything in. Black exterior windows create such a fantastic contrast against the lighter siding.

We are still working our way through the rough mechanical phase. This a great time to point out the added in-law suite on this house – not all plans have one included, but we can help create the space you may need!
Rough electric & plumbing are coming along! Not very glamorous, but necessary! We feel the bones of a home are equally as important as the finishes.
The rough electrical & plumbing installs are coming to a close. After that, we can’t wait to start drywall! Then onto the interior finishes, which include some fantastic tile for the kitchen backsplash!
We are excited to see the drywall starting soon! But for now, let us customize your garage space! Whether you need a third-car garage or only a little wiggle room. We can create the space you will utilize again and again! We also backfill the Garage with gravel & drywall walls which is included in our base pricing.
Through the mechanical phase and onto bigger things! The exterior trim is going up, and insulation, starting with siding, will be installed next week!

Working on painting & tile for the home. The countertops are in waiting on plumbing fixtures. The plastic hides the stair parts, but they will be uncovered soon! The dark interior doors with the white trim will be a great contrast.
Countertops and backsplash tile make such a difference to a Kitchen!
We can finally see the stair parts & some of the tiles have been completed. The added beams in the Family Room are a great way to dress up the ceiling! Stay tuned for more photos soon.
