This redesigned Charles Pointe has a wealth of charm both inside and out!
Modifications to the floor plan include changing the standard shed dormer to a gable dormer, adding a 4′ bump to the back of the garage for additional storage space, and redesigning the kitchen, pantry, laundry, and mudroom areas to accommodate an office space. In addition, the laundry room was relocated to the mudroom, allowing for an office and a generously sized pantry near the kitchen. And speaking of the kitchen…this breathtaking space features a large 10′-5″ island, hickory-stained floating shelves surrounding a custom range hood, and a custom tile backsplash. Finally, maximizing their opportunity for a finished basement, the homeowners added nine-foot basement walls, an egress window well, and a bathroom rough-in to the lower level. The back of the home shines bright with an abundance of natural light shining in from the four-panel sliding patio door and family room windows.
The homeowner also made some great selections during the design process, including the large farmhouse trim, Pewter Green (SW6208) in the Owner’s Bedroom, Optra Pearly quartz countertops, and Accessible Beige (SW7036) kitchen cabinets.
