At American Heritage Homes, we believe building a home is more than sticks and bricks — it’s a promise. That belief drives everything we do as a custom home builder in Central Ohio. Today, we’re proud to share that we earned the AvidCX Gold Award for Custom Builders in the North Central Region. This honor comes directly from the feedback of our homeowners after their move-in experience.
Avid Ratings, now ECI Software Solutions, presents these awards each year. The company recognizes award-winning home builders with the highest New Home Move-In Experience scores in their region. The results come from surveys completed by homeowners during their first 90 days of ownership. Achieving Gold shows that we didn’t just build a custom home. We created an outstanding experience from start to finish.
This award reinforces what we work toward every day: trust, quality, and a focus on people. As a custom home builder in Central Ohio, we take pride in delivering quality custom homes designed for families and their lifestyles. Our home designs and build on your lot process show our commitment to personal service.
The AvidCX Gold Award reminds us of something important. A home matters, but so does the journey of building it. We’re honored by this recognition and look forward to serving families across Central Ohio with the same dedication.
