Talk about curb appeal! The cream color siding on this redesigned Morgan provides a soft, welcoming exterior, and the contrasting black shutters and white trim help bring harmony and balance. As a part of the redesign, a sideload garage with two windows that face front of the home was added. Inside, the kitchen, dinette, and family room boast a cathedral ceiling, and the mudroom/ laundry areas were extended to maximize space.
Selections include engineered marble in both bathrooms. In addition, an Iron Ore island and dark granite countertops provide contrast against the Pure White wall and base cabinets. The island also features a counter height eat ledge in lieu of the raised ledge shown on the standard plan.
