American Heritage Homes is a custom home builder focused on your lot construction. What that means is that we are a home builder who will build a home on your land. We don’t develop land or carry an inventory of lots to build on, but we work with customers who have purchased land or are actively looking to buy a lot and build a custom home.

It all starts by choosing one of our 40+ floor plans or sharing your existing, custom plans with us. Our New Home Consultants will work with you to ensure you’re building a house you love at a price you can afford.
No Restrictions: When you build a new home on your land, you own the land, so there are few – if any – restrictions on what you can or cannot do. As a result, many of our homeowners have built sheds, detached garages, or even installed ponds on their homesite long after the construction of their new custom home is complete.
Connection: From choosing that perfect land to build your home to customizing your floor plan, your home is all you! They will work with you as you begin developing your new home, and our Builder Teams are dedicated, hard workers with years of experience building new homes on your land.

Each Designer Collection home comes standard with custom, painted maple cabinetry, granite countertops, poured foundation walls and so much more! We also feel the bones of the house are equally as important as the finishes, which is why our GMX Ultra-Shield waterproofing system is top of the line and standard in each of our Designer Collection homes.
