The Heights Modified Design | Two Story Farmhouse

Check out this stylish and bright Heights design! The exterior features white siding with contrasting black fascia, soffits and eaves, Charcoal shingles, and black windows. The stained gable brackets match the wrapped front porch posts, helping this over 2,500 square foot two-story home makes a fantastic first impression!

Inside, the LVP in the entry guides you to the office and then into the main living space. The living and dining areas are bright and cheery with the added windows and sliding patio door. The kitchen’s arctic white glass tile backsplash and pure white cabinetry contrast beautifully with Iron Ore painted island and Valle Nevado granite countertops. Off the kitchen is a large pantry, mudroom, and desk space that mimics the selections in the kitchen. Three bedrooms are located upstairs, all with spacious walk-in closets. The primary suite boasts a tile shower with a bench, Black Pearl granite, and a double bowl vanity with Pure white cabinets. The hall bathroom vanity is stained Dark Roast, which matches the Caledonia granite countertops. The walls throughout the home are painted, Repose Gray. However, the homeowners chose to add their style by spicing up the paint colors in the bedroom – Bedroom 2 features the Sherwin Williams color Innocent SW6302, and Bedroom 2 is painted Sleepy Hollow SW9145.
