When selecting colors for the exterior of their charming ranch home, these homeowners choose white board and batten siding, stained gable brackets, charcoal shingles, and black gable vents.
Inside, a large cathedral ceiling soars above the kitchen – boasting a farmhouse sink, Pure White perimeter cabinets, a Summit Gray Island with eat ledge, and granite countertops. Adjacent to the kitchen is the redesigned owner’s suite, painted Softened Green. Inside the owner’s bath are a custom tile shower, quartz countertops, and an Iron Ore double bowl vanity. The hall bath and bedrooms 2 and 3 were painted Tradewind, a breezy light blue Sherwin-Williams color.
