This Avery was modified to resemble a 2 story farmhouse design, making it both stunning and spacious! The office, located at the front of the home, allows these homeowners to separate business and family time. And speaking of family – this Avery’s family room is the place to be! Some modifications include adding some windows that help provide loads of natural light, a cultured limestone fireplace, and a hand-hewn center beam that runs along the gorgeous cathedral ceiling.
Right off the family room is the kitchen. The homeowners chose a custom tile backsplash to compliment their Pure White painted perimeter cabinets. Additionally, a custom corner cabinet with two drawers underneath was designed to house a microwave. Another great feature of this kitchen design is the “x” detail on either side of the Iron Ore painted island.
Other features these homeowners added to their Avery design include a custom tile backsplash in the Owner’s Bath, as well as a redesign of the second floor to accommodate a bonus room.
