We’re excited to announce our new and improved Simplified Collection!  These recently updated designs allow us to expand our portfolio by offering two distinct collections suited for every style and price range.  And with the freedom to modify any of our floor plans, our customers can create a home that fits their lifestyle and budget.

The Simplified Collection features 12 classic home designs ideal for customers looking for design flexibility, value, and quality. In addition, each Simplified home comes standard with the Simplified Collection’s included features, such as plush carpeting, kitchen islands (per plan), and Moen faucets.  So if you’re looking for an affordable ranch home, we welcome you to look at our SImplified Collection – where you can save on price without sacrificing quality.

As the name implies, the Designer Collection features over 40 unique luxury floor plans that fall into one of the six architectural design styles:  Cottage, Craftsman, Farmhouse, New American, Formal, and Victorian.  Though we segment these floor plans into specific design styles, our customization process allows unlimited design freedom!  The Designer Collection comes standard with premium features such as granite countertops and LVT/LVP flooring.  Also, nearly all of our luxury Designer Collection floor plans come standard with a two-car side load garage.
