This great redesigned Butler floor plan packs a punch with over 1,930 square feet of living space. Some modifications to the design include flipping the plan, moving the owner’s suite to the front of the home, and adding a larger sideload garage to the rear of the house. An additional 2 feet was also added to the front porch – giving everyone plenty of space to watch the sunset!
Nine-foot poured walls, a sliding patio door, and an egress window complete the home’s walk-out basement. Some additional modifications include adding a door from the entry to the laundry room and redesigning the owner’s suite to accommodate not one but two walking closets.
When choosing selections for their home, these homeowners made some great choices, including adding white board and batten siding and rough-cut cedar brackets to the exterior. Inside, a wood-burning fireplace with arched black double doors, dutch quality Kentucky blend cultured limestone, and a hand-hewn mantle gives the family room warm and cozy vibes. A tiled ensuite shower and laundry room cabinets above the washer and dryer are just a few other great selections.
