What started as one of our older floor plan designs – The Chesterfield – soon evolved into a stunning, custom, multi-level, multi-generational custom home.
Some changes the homeowners made include adding an in-law suite with a kitchen, living room, bedroom, and ensuite. The homeowners can access the in-law suite via the main house mudroom or a door outside the home. Additional changes made to the floor plan include adding a covered porch along the rear of the home, a third bay garage, 9′ foundation walls, a jack-n-jill bath on the second floor between bedrooms 2 and 3, and so much more!
With an eye for design, these homeowners also choose some stunning selections, including Dolomite kitchen counters, a 4-panel sliding door along the dinette wall, ceiling beams in the kitchen, dining, and family room, as well as custom tile in the owner’s shower.
