This redesigned Anthony’s simple yet sophisticated exterior leads you inside to a completely open floor plan! The homeowner modified the standard design by flipping the location of the family room and kitchen and adding a cathedral ceiling. A dining room was also created by relocating and resizing the laundry/mudroom. In addition, the owner’s suite was redesigned and flipped, relocating the bedroom to the rear of the home. The redesign of the owner’s suite also helped accommodate the new location of the laundry/mudroom.
Additionally, the homeowner changed the garage from a sideload to a frontload. In the basement, 9′ foundation walls were poured, and the homeowner added a sliding patio door for backyard access from the walkout. In the rear of the home, you will also see an installed ledger board for a future deck to be installed by the homeowner.
The amount of cabinetry in this home is one to be envied! The homeowners added a custom decorative wood hood and a larger island, making this kitchen quite impressive! Engineered marble countertops, Alabaster painted cabinets, and black fixtures create a great contrast in bathrooms.
