In this one-of-a-kind Oxford design, the homeowners modified the original Oxford plan by enlarging the garage and moving it to the rear of the home, allowing us to redesign the remainder of the first floor. The second floor was also modified from the original plan and is now comprised of two bedrooms, two full baths, and large walk-in closets.
Limestone on the front elevation’s exposed foundation, Sage dutchlap siding, Antique White board and batten, and stained brackets in the gables make this Oxford design cozy and welcoming. Plus, the Sun-Dried Tomato (SW7585) paint on the front door adds a fun pop of color!
As you enter the home, you are greeted by the office with a custom stained glass window – creating a touch of timeless beauty throughout that space. The entry also carries visitors to the family room. The open family/dining areas are perfect for bringing friends and family together!
The custom kitchen features granite countertops and Antique White painted cabinets. A stunning window design above the sink adds architectural interest and natural lighting to the space. The island is finished with an Antique White shaker beadboard, a 12″ eat ledge, and a prep sink. A pantry/broom closet and another office/laundry area were added off the kitchen. Also, don’t miss the custom cubbies with stained bench seats in the mudroom!
Located on the other side of the home, the owner’s suite boasts a zero-entry shower with tile surround and accent band and two large walk-in closets. Two additional spacious bedrooms with full baths and walk-in closets are located upstairs.
