Boasting over 2,400 square feet of living space, this one-story, three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom Clark was “flipped” so the garage and owner’s suite are on the left instead of the right as shown in the standard plan.
A 12′ x 12′ dining room bump with cathedral ceilings and distressed pine beams is located between the kitchen and family rooms. A cathedral ceiling with beams is also found in the open kitchen and family room, along with a floor-to-ceiling fireplace. The homeowners also redesigned their home with a walkout basement and 9′ basement walls.
Personalization and customization are also shown through this homeowner’s selections. For example, in the kitchen, you will see glass door fronts, decorative toe kicks, roll-out trays, and decorative island legs, to name a few.
