This two story floor plan features an inviting open concept, including a spacious two-story entry and a well-designed kitchen with ample cabinet space, island, and walk-in pantry. Upstairs, the open railing overlooks the impressive two-story family room and leads to two bedrooms with walk-in closets, sharing a hall bath. Privacy is prioritized with two owner’s suites – one off the entry for a tranquil retreat and another behind the garage, ideal for guests or extended family. The exterior showcases a charming combination of vertical and dutchlap siding, along with a sideload garage.

I don’t know if you set any home building records, but we appreciate the determination and dedication you have put towards our new home. We thank you for sticking to an aggressive time line so that we would have the opportunity to spend Christmas in our new home and not our apartment. Thank you & Merry Christmas!
