Two stairways—one located in the front of the home near the entry and the other in the rear—provide access to the second floor.
The exterior of this custom home boasts Nightfall siding with gray corners, a three-car side-load garage, and charcoal shingles. Inside, the first room off the entry, known as the music room, will likely be an office with large windows and abundant natural light. As you proceed through the home, you will find a formal dining area, an open family room leading to a library/playroom area, a dinette, a kitchen, two half baths, and a laundry room.
The second floor features a second family room with cathedral ceilings and access to a laundry chute that leads directly to the laundry room below, as well as five bedrooms. The owner’s suite includes a cathedral ceiling, a double-door entry walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a tile shower, a soaking tub, and a double vanity. Bedroom 3 has its own private shower, while bedrooms 2, 4, and 5 share a hall bath with two vanities, a tub/shower combo, and a private water closet.
Throughout the home, bypass doors have been replaced with hinged doors. The basement, featuring a 9-foot ceiling, is fully finished and carpeted. Kitchen countertops, sinks, cabinets, and hardware were credited by the homeowner, allowing them to use their preferred vendor.
