When redesigning their Butler floor plan, these homeowners not only flipped the garage to the rear of the home but also made it a sideload and added an additional 4′ – making it 24′ x 22′ in size. With the owner’s suite now located at the front of the home, modifications were made to the owner’s bathroom, including a zero-entry shower and two separate vanities. Additionally, we modified the laundry area to accommodate an office that is accessible from the front entry.
Other modifications include a walkout basement with 9′ foundation walls, and a siding patio door, giving these homeowners complete access to their outside space. Also, vaulted ceilings soar in this home’s family room and kitchen.
