A Modified Adams Design: Floor Plans and Photography

We’re feeling the farmhouse vibes with this modified Adams design!

On the first floor, these homeowners moved the garage to the front, left side of the home, and added a 10’x6′ covered porch to the right side – off the family room.  The homeowners will supply and install the decking to this covered porch.

Other changes to the plan include flipping the dining room and office and opening up the walls to those rooms to give them an open, inviting vibe.  Upstairs, they flipped the plan and added square footage to accommodate a laundry room.  In the basement, the homeowners also included a 9′ basement foundation, egress window well, and rough in for a basement bath.

We love all the modifications these homeowners made to this plan to make it uniquely theirs!
