What a great take on the Madison II! These homeowners made the best use of their view by adding a generous 25′ x 10′ composite deck off the sliding patio door! Though it’s not quite finished in these photos, you can just imagine drinking your morning coffee and watching the sunrise here. 💖 As you step inside, we worked with the homeowner to redesign the first floor by flipping the stairs to the left of the foyer and moving the owner’s bedroom access to accommodate that change. To the right of the entry, a cased opening leads to the open dining room and kitchen area. Additionally, a fireplace was added to the left wall of the family room, giving plenty of wall space for a large window along the rear wall – add that to the windows that already come with this design, and tons of natural lighting shines through!
