Our Homes are priced as shown on our brochure here and described here and per our list of Included Features. Our homes do include a foundation. We endeavour to put our best foot forward by showing and pricing our homes with the exterior features that really make each one special. This means the price you see may seem higher than a typical production builder's "vanilla house" price but we are confident that you will find the value our homes represent to be outstanding.
Have you finally found the house design you love, but are struggling to meet a budget? Our design team will work with you to determine what is really important to you and refine your plan to meet your needs. This is what they do every day and they are amazing at it.
Costs not included in our price are the costs specific to your Lot Cost and Lot Development Costs. These costs can vary widely based on your lot and the kind of development it needs. These could include permit costs, surveying services, driveway, utility connections, lot clearing, silt fencing, septic, sewer, well, water tap, landscaping, sidewalks, walkways, etc.
Building a custom home "On Your Lot" can seem like a daunting task. Our design team is trained in helping our clients successfully plan, budget and prepare for the lot development needs they will likely face. Our experienced production team is ready to assist, coordinate and integrate your lot development work with our home building process.
