The combination of White board and batten siding with Pewter horizontal siding and Charcoal shingles gives the house a clean, contemporary look that remains timeless.

First Floor Layout

Inside, the first floor offers 1,790 square feet of space. As you enter, you’ll find a private office immediately to the left, perfect for those who need a quiet place to work. The open-concept main living area—comprising the family room, kitchen, and dining room—creates a spacious and connected feel.

The kitchen is equipped with Hickory cabinets stained in Peppercorn and Santa Cecilia Light granite countertops, giving it a warm and inviting atmosphere. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large pantry, mudroom, laundry room, and a convenient powder room, making everyday tasks easier to manage.
