Emily Bish
Designer, New Home Consultant
By combining her passion for interior design and desire to help others, Emily loves getting to know her clients before, during, and after their custom home is complete! With years of new home sales and remodeling experience under her belt, she truly understands the value of listening to make homeowners’ dreams come true. Known as someone who goes above and beyond, Emily is admired for her honest, dependable, and hardworking demeanor. With a BA in Interior Design from Bowling Green, Emily’s eye for design helps make homes functional, safe, and beautiful – inside and out. When she’s not in the office making magic happen, Emily can be found cheering on the Cleveland Browns, crocheting pretty much anything, and hanging out with her family.
Tracee Ribar
Designer, New Home Consultant
With over 18 years of real estate and interior design experience, Tracee thrives on helping customers design and build their dream homes. Committed to listening to customer needs, Tracee exceeds expectations by assisting clients in developing the best home solutions for their families. She is known for her calm reassurance and expert advice. Having built an American Heritage Home herself, Tracee understands the pros of building a new home far outweigh the cons. She received a BA in PR/Journalism from Northern Illinois University, Real Estate License from Hondros College, and an Associate of Applied Science in Interior Design from Sinclair College. Outside the office, Tracee is well-connected and actively involved in the community. She shared her love for art and design as a docent for the Columbus Museum of Art for over ten years. Today, Tracee serves on the Board of Directors for the Phoenix Rising Printmaking Cooperative, a 501(C) 3 fine arts organization located in downtown Columbus.
