When building their completely custom home, these homeowners looked to American Heritage Homes to make their dream a reality. Per the homeowner’s request, we used a Hybrid wall system to ensure maximum energy efficiency. Additionally, the walkout basement was constructed with EPS insulation under the slab, and the beams were upgraded to steel – eliminating the typical basement posts and maximizing the full potential of a walkout basement.
This custom home’s exterior boasts horizontal siding on the house in Antique White and Sea Slate Board and Batten siding on the garage. Additionally, window grids can be seen on all windows of this home.
The homeowners chose to do some work and selections themselves, including painting, lighting, and flooring.
